Biography

Professor of Artificial Intelligence at the National University of Distance Education and Director of the Division for Education and Institutions at ANECA. A specialist in data mining and machine learning, he researches time-series forecasting applied to air quality, mobility, and public health. He promoted the Ethical Framework for the Use of Big Data at UNED and coordinated projects such as SOCAIRE and PreCoV2.org. Author of numerous scientific publications.
