Biography
Professor of Inorganic Chemistry, a leading figure in catalysis, nanomaterials, and knowledge transfer. In 2006, he founded Rive Technology. He has been recognized with the Kathryn C. Hach Award for Entrepreneurial Success from the American Chemical Society (ACS), the King Jaime I Award for New Technologies, and the Juan de la Cierva National Research Award. He is an Honorary Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC) and a member of the International Science Council. He holds honorary doctorates from several universities and served as President of the International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC). He is a member of the World Economic Forum and the founder of Celera, a talent development program.Sessions
