Biography
Fernando Lorenzo holds a Degree in Chemistry from the University of Valladolid and a PhD in Chemistry from Manchester Metropolitan University. For the past 15 years, he has worked in the field of hygiene for the food and cosmetics industries. He is currently Innovation and Quality Director at Christeyns Spain and Head of R&D for Food Hygiene within the Christeyns Group. He leads research initiatives focused on developing more effective and sustainable cleaning and disinfection products and processes, tools for biofilm control in industry, and predictive models for microbiological risk assessment, among others.Sessions
